Lanigan wins World Seniors European qualifier in Letterkenny

Sean Lanigan from England won the World Seniors European Masters qualifier in the Northwest Snooker Club in Letterkenny Co. Donegal on Sunday the 22nd of July. In the final he beat Irishman Michael Judge in the final 3 frames to 1.

The event was a big success over the weekend with many top class matches and in the end of the day John Doherty presented the winner of the European master’s qualifier Sean Lanigan his cup and €1000.00 prize money. Sean now qualifies for the European Finals against one of the legends of the game in 2019.

The Irish duo Rodney Goggins and Michael Judge played an outstanding match in the semi-finals which was a repeat of our Irish National final and RIBSA would like to congratulate the Northwest SC, John Doherty and all the players on making it such a big success.
