RIBSA Players – EBSA European Championships

Following last weekend U-18 & U-21 Ranking Tournaments in Carlow was the cut off point for selection of all RIBSA Senior and U-18 and U-21 players for the 2019 EBSA European Snooker Championships in Israel.

RIBSA will be sending the following number of players. The official ranking lists will qualify the players.

  • Five Men players to Men’s Championships
  • Four players to Under 21’s Championship
  • Four players for the Under 18’s Championships

  • Men’s Championship – 5 players

The Men’s Championship is from the 22nd February to the 2nd of March and The 18 & U-21 Championships in Israel from the 17th February to the 22nd February.

All Junior players must travel with a parent or guardian and RIBSA will contact each player over the next few days to confirm travel details and about the deposit that is needed to be paid before flights are booked.

  • Friday 22nd February: Semi-finals & Final of the U21 Championship
  • Friday 22nd February: Players & Referees meeting (Men’s championship) 18:00
  • Saturday 23rd February: Start of the Men Matches 10:00
  • Saturday 23rd February: Official Opening Ceremony – U Magic Palace Hotel 20:00
  • Saturday 2nd March: Final & Closing Ceremony U Magic Palace Hotel
