RIBSA International Training Camp Held

RIBSA held another International training Camps in the Ivy Rooms Snooker Club in Carlow with our National Coach PJ Nolan to prepare our players and teams for the 2019 World IBSF U-16 Championships in Russia and the Home Internationals in Leeds.

Rodney Googins was the star of the day winning the Mini Game Challenges while Ryan McGuirk won the Technical Challenge while Rodney also won the Control and Scoring Challenges on the day.

All players were invited to attend from 11am-4pm for €5.00 where PJ held sessions on Break-Building, Safety, Long Potting,Tips on Cues and Technique checks.

The Remaining RIBSA Camp Dates are:

  1. Saturday & Sunday 13th & 14th July
  2. Saturday 27th July – Mind Session with leading mind coach Denis Coen

A special Camp one day Mental Training Camp will be held with leading Mind Coach Denis Coen on Saturday 27th of July and all RIBSA camps will be held in the the Ivy Rooms in Carlow under the guidance of PJ Nolan.

RIBSA would like to thank the players for attending the camp, the Ivy Rooms SC Carlow for hosting the day and Team Manager Declan Quinn. We look forward to the next RIBSA training day on Saturday the 13th & 14th of July in the Ivy Rooms SC.
