Ireland Seniors beat Belgium

The Irish Senior team got back to winning ways after the shock defeat to Ukraine yesterday when they beat Belgium in the European team snooker championship here in Sofia, Bulgaria today.

The Republic of Ireland team was up against a strong Belgium team but Team Captain Rodney Goggins won his match 3-1 with a 102 break, Greg Casey won his match 3-0 and John Sutton won his match 3-1 to win overall 3 matches to nil.
