The seminar covers all the basics in coaching from the roles of the coach to designing training routines.
You should then complete the form and email or post back to PJ Nolan, RIBSA, Sport HQ, Joyce Way, Dublin 12.
The cost of attending the seminar is €25.00 (Including soup and sandwich for lunch) The course runs from 10am-1pm and 2pm - 5pm
