Brendan Beaten in Q-Finals

Brendan O Donoghue lost his Q-Final match this morning to Hossein Vafaei from Iran in the IBSF World Championships in India 3 frames to 6 in a very high quality match.

Everyone within RIBSA and around Ireland would like congratulate Brendan on a great effort on reaching the Q-Finals.


The 17 year old Iran player who is part of the PJ Nolan Academy went on to win his semi final against Kamal Chawla 7 frames to 2 and will play Lee Walker from Wales who beat Pankaj Advani 7 frames to 1 in the early hours Saturday morning for the world IBSF title.
