The semi final lined was decided tonight here in Letterkenny in the Northwest Snooker Club when former professional players Michael Judge and David Hogan battled out before the Dublin man won 4 frames to 1. Young Josh Boileau continued his great season when he beat local player Gareth Kirwan 4 frames to 3 in a titanic battle to reach his second semi in a row.
In the bottom half Jason Devaney continued his good form to beat another local player Phelim McClafferty 4 frames to 1 in a good display while Brendan O Donoghue over power last years Under 19 number one Ryan Cronin 4 frames to nil in another good match.
Tomorrow should be a great battle of young potting machines against experienced former professional players and if you are in the area I would ask you to not miss this battle on the baize in the Northwest Snooker Club.
